Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to frequently asked questions prior to the shoot.

We can photograph children from the age of zero.

We conduct the session at your child's pace, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable experience.
You are more than welcome!

We would appreciate it if you could bring along any treats, pee pads, or similar items to use during the shoot.
There is no limit to the number of people who can be photographed.

The rate remains the same for groups of up to 8 people.

For groups of 9 or more, an additional fee of 500,000 VND applies for each extra person.
You can add makeup and hair styling for an additional 500,000 VND.
We offer photo shoots at the following popular locations, primarily within Hanoi:

- Thang Long Imperial Citadel (World Heritage Site)

- Hoan Kiem Lake

- St. Joseph's Cathedral

- Hanoi Opera House

- Old Quarter

- Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum

- Train Street

- Temple of Literature

- Lotus Pond (seasonal; available around June)

We will recommend the best location to suit your desired atmosphere and outfits.
We offer the following discounts year-round:

We offer rentals for both children and adults, though quantities are limited.

The rental fee is 150,000 VND per outfit.

You can view the available Ao Dai designs in advance via Google Drive.

(*Sizes and designs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.)
We provide the props necessary for the shoot at the studio.

Ao Dai and Non La (conical hats) are available for rent at a fee of 50,000 VND each.
You are welcome to bring your own items.

Please feel free to bring sentimental objects or anything else you would like to include. Sharing details with us in advance will help ensure a smooth preparation process for the shoot.
You can add makeup and hair styling for an additional 500,000 VND.

The photographer will provide careful guidance on everything from poses and positioning to facial expressions.
Please be sure to take photos and preserve the memories for yourself.
An additional fee of 500,000 VND applies for every 30 minutes.

*Please note that extensions may not be possible depending on the schedule of the next reservation.

Payment can be made after the shoot using the following methods:

Cash

Bank transfer (*An 8% VAT will be added for bank transfers)

Typically, we deliver the raw image files within 3 to 5 business days of the shoot.

Retouched images are delivered within 7 business days after you have selected the photos.

*Please let us know in advance if you require expedited delivery.
The number of images varies by plan, but basic retouching is included in all plans.

*Advanced skin retouching and body reshaping are available as optional add-ons.
Due to the large number of images captured, we do not provide RAW files for the entire set.

However, we can provide RAW files for the specific images selected for retouching. The standard delivery format is high-quality, edited JPEGs.
We store the files on Google Photos for 30 days after delivery.

Please be sure to download them to your own device within this period.

Internally, we retain the data for at least one year from the date of the shoot.
